Welcome to Noble Lane Executive Transportation (“Noble Lane,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a ride, using our website, or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Noble Lane provides premium executive transportation services, including airport transfers, hourly charters, private aviation ground coordination, and event transportation in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding areas. All rides are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.
2. Booking & Payment
- Bookings may be made through our website (www.gonoblelane.com), by phone or text at (214) 225-0105, or by email.
- Quoted rates are confirmed at booking. Rates include the professional chauffeur and vehicle; gratuity, if not included, is at the client’s discretion. We do not apply surge or peak-demand pricing.
- Payment is accepted by major credit card or, for approved corporate accounts, by monthly invoice. Payment terms for corporate accounts are set out in the applicable account agreement.
- Additional stops, route changes, or extended time requested during a trip are billed at the rates confirmed with your booking.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellation windows and any applicable fees are stated in your booking confirmation and vary by vehicle type and reservation (larger vehicles and special events require more notice). Reservations cancelled inside the stated window, and no-shows, may be charged up to the full base rate. Trips affected by airline cancellations documented by the carrier are not charged.
4. Flight Tracking & Wait Time
Airport and FBO pickups include flight monitoring where flight details are provided. Pickup times adjust automatically to actual arrival, and complimentary wait time applies to delayed flights as described at booking. For non-airport pickups, a reasonable grace period applies; additional wait time is billed at the applicable hourly rate.
5. Passenger Conduct
- Passengers are expected to treat vehicles and chauffeurs with courtesy. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for unsafe, unlawful, or abusive behavior, without refund.
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted in our vehicles. Alcohol may only be consumed where permitted by law.
- Clients are responsible for damage to vehicle interiors beyond normal wear caused by passengers, including cleaning fees.
- Child safety seats are available on request at time of booking and must be arranged in advance.
6. Luggage & Personal Items
We assist with luggage handling but are not liable for damage to fragile items or for items left in vehicles, though we make every reasonable effort to return found property promptly — call (214) 225-0105 and we will do our best to reunite you with your belongings.
7. Service Limitations
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by weather, traffic, road closures, airport or FBO operations, or other events beyond our reasonable control, though we will make commercially reasonable efforts to mitigate and communicate. Airside, ramp, and customs access is provided where authorized by the applicable airport, FBO, and flight operator.
8. Liability
Noble Lane maintains commercial automobile insurance as required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from any trip is limited to the amount paid for that trip, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Communications & SMS
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive service-related messages (booking confirmations, chauffeur details, trip updates). Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. Our use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for any dispute lies in Dallas County, Texas.
